To exchange an item you purchased, please follow these steps:

1. Lodge your return online via our Request A Return page here.
2. Include your original invoice in the return parcel and clearly display your name and return number.
3. Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not facilitated. For an exchange, opt for a store credit when submitting your return request. After processing, you will receive a virtual gift voucher to purchase a new item.
4. Alternatively, you can return the item for a full refund and then repurchase the desired item to avoid missing out.
5. Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality review and we will contact you via email with the outcome.
